It is a Lancia Aprilia .These can be immediately recognised by the rib in the centre of the roof that Ardeas did not have.With the artillary type wheels it appears a postwar model ca 1947-48 |

I agree it's an Aprilia but it's not easy to date it. The first 1937 Aprilias ( February ) didn't have running boards that were introduced in August that year in a Lusso version. Nevertheless, all cars received the running boards from August /September 1938 and it was also in the beginning of 1938 that these wheels ( from what is possible to understand of its design ) were introduced.
