 1999-2000 by type of plate

 2001+ facelifted version for tail lights and side trim. The plate changed in early 1999 and vever again.

 To me it's the pre-restyling one, the bumper seems more like the early one and these early episodes were filmed in 2000 (anyway, they're on YouTube, I think I checked this one, can't do it now)
