An open-style double cab hearse from Turkey (= Cenaze Araci). Various coachbuilders do that style, this one looks to be made by MOGOL Ekipman ve makina sanayi A.Ş. Older version below:

I don't think it's a T1N Sprinter, but a 2000+ Ford Transit, because a Sprinter... would at least look like a Sprinter?! :think:
