This (indeed very rare!) wagon version of the Mercedes-Benz was built by the Belgian importer I.M.A. in Mechelen/Malines and sold by te Mercedes garages. It was called 'Universal'. They started in 1965 with the 190 and 190 D, then in 1966-1967 came the 200 and 200 D and the 230 and 230 S. Infos from 'Rétroviseur' #15, novembre 1989 (dossier Mercedes 220).
