I was cleaning up the house when my husband screamed "honey come quick your jeep is in a Christmas movie" thinking he was pulling my leg I wondered into the living room to see the pvr paused on my Jeep. Sure enough all the same custom specs that I have come to love about my jeep in some cheasy ridonk Christmas movie. I know the kid who I bought it off of had a dad who used to work in and around movies, but it was never mentioned when I bought it.

Needless to say it was nice to see it all chromed up and waxed in all of its earlier glory. Much nicer then it looks now. Still have the skull headlights, and the diamond plating on the back (which his kid made in metal shop) but unfortunately those fog lights were damaged in a minor fender bender when a guy in a mini van decided to pull out and hit me (he was found a 100% at fault). They couldn't find exact matches so I got darn near close.

A nice Christmas suprise. I guess "something" in our family is famous!

Thanks for the post armbuckle! :) I have added you as the owner of the vehicle. Would you mind providing us with more info on the vehicle, such as the model year and trim? Thanks!

its a 1992 jeep yj. I bought it off of a fellow just outside of White Rock BC. i don't know what you mean by trim? but i have pitures of it pre accident in the snow if anyone needs further proof. I really miss those fog lights. when the guy ran into me i had to get them replaced because some of them were damaged. because they could not find them with the littl metallic visors i had to get replacements that were as close as they could find. When I bought the jeep the lights had been removed and we had to rewire them. it was an electrical nightmare.

I have since replaced the wheels with some aggressive mud terrain tires and have added a 2 inch lift to help it with a bit more clearance when i take it off roading. i was so shocked by how pretty it looks all professionally waxed up, since without you can clearly see oxidation marks. I would make it that pretty but that is about 300 bucks for a professional wax and scrub that i dont have.. that and the next time we went off roading it would be a waste of money :).

Let me know if you need to know anything else.

Thanks for the additional information. If you want to add pictures of it, whether before or after your accident, you're more than welcome to as they would be relevant ;)

This is a YJ instead of a Wrangler as noted by the owner
