 Ca se voit que c'est une Fiat Uno, d'autant + que cette scène a été tournée au Maroc, où le modèle apparaît souvent sous l'apparence de taxis ou de voitures de police.

This having been filmed in Morocco, the few Fiat Uno seen in the movie are more likely a local production... (except the newer 2007 one, of course, but the one actually used is an old one)

 Weren't these scenes (made in Morocco) rather set in Egypt? South Africa was just for a short scene in the beginning.

 I haven't seen the film, but the producers seem to avoid naming the country - see this shot of a television news report about a terrorist attack in "North Africa":

It's worth noting that Morocco is itself alleged to be a country where the US has operated secret prisons. If the script was explicitly about a prisoner "rendered" to Morocco, the Moroccan government would not have allowed the producers to film there.
