Mercedes-Benz 770 K [W150] (1938-43), rebodied by Karosa Vysoké Mýto company (formerly Sodomka body shop) in 1952 (source). Oddly, most english sources mention the coachbuilder as Sodomka, while some of the czech websites mention the coachbuilder as Karosa..
