They're both ambulances: The white one passing by is a stretched sedan delivery, coachbuilt by one of the conversion makers like Memphis, National, Weller etc. It does have a strong Siebert vibe, resulting in my current guess: A late 1940s - early 1950s Ford multi purpose ambulance by the Shop of Siebert, Inc. of Toledo, Ohio.

The one with effortfully leaded quarter windows in the foreground can be... a lot! Flxible Buick is a wild suggestion, just to name one. With a stupid amount of contemporary ambulance & hearse coachbuilders of the late 20s/ early 30s I'm pretty much lost without knowing the chassis - and even with confirmed make it is a challenge! For the moment, that's all from me, I'm afraid.

Probably the Studebaker used in countless WB productions of the time.
