 1983-85. If bumpers are in body color (I'm not sure), it is 1985 GTI Turbo (although with not usual wheels)

 Thank you, that was one detail I have missed, but these look too shiny for body color

 Especially the part next to the left headlamp shows rather different color - indeed.
