Eighty-One years old and still on the road! Due to a house move I have to sell my lovely little Austin 10. I have owned this car for several years during which time it has been a delight to take out on summer days. She runs on unleaded petrol as there is a lead catalyst in the fuel tank. 12 volt system with electric start. This car has done a bit of film work whilst in my ownership including BBC's Horrible Histories & ITV's Lightfields and for its age the bodywork is really quite good and solid as is the chassis. She starts with a push on the starter button and drives well apart from a noisy first gear. This car has not been modified and is as built. The boot lid folds down to provide a luggage platform. Suitcase straps and the original tool roll come with the car as does the jack and wheelbrace. The interior needs refurbishing and some paintwork on the body. The windscreen opens up and she has a large sunroof. The car is MOT Exempt and is Zero Road Tax. Classic car insurance for this car is about £60 per year. V5 is present and the number plate is original.
