It looks like a General Motors Cab from about 1930 but then, on second glance, it looks rather long and I wonder if it is not a 1929 Studebaker President or similar converted for cab use??? -- Last edit: 2007-11-14 22:17:36 |

I'd have to agree, I've looked at 1928-1932 of all makes, even many independents, and I don't see anything else that has such a rise from the roof as you move from the windshield toward the rear. I don't know which model has such a large rear pillar, this is likely a 7-passenger car. As seen on this 1929 Studebaker Dictator: http://oldcarandtruckpictures.com/Studebaker/1929StudebakerDictatorSedan.jpg EDIT: right, I was just illustrating the roofline with the Dictator, sorry. -- Last edit: 2007-11-15 18:27:03 |

It may be a 1929/30 Studebaker President Eight 7 passenger State Limousine ( available with or without glass partition) on the 135 inches wheelbase. The Studebaker Dictators were much shorter with a wheelbase of 115 inches |
