If the plate was really on the truck, this would be 1993/94 at the earliest, as it's a transferrable personalised plate that's got an age-related prefix (so couldn't be issued to a vehicle older than the plate. I suspect it's a repainted ex-AA truck as they used loads of these in a similar configuration.
