Glad to see this car makes a cameo in the series! Some backstory for this car according to my research on the internet, this is the Banshee, one of Grand Theft Auto series' longest running sports cars next to the Infernus. It have been appeared on every GTA game installments since its first introduction in Grand Theft Auto III.

In Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V, the Banshee has been redesigned to fit the HD Universe installments, it is now manufactured by GTA's lore counterpart of Dodge named "Bravado". This is the IRL representation version of that car, which it would considered to be the one-and-only GTA car to be reproduced to real life. This Viper was modified by West Coast Customs (don't think Street Customs had a behind-the-scenes episode about this build sadly. The custom shop did even appears in GTA V, under the fictional name "Los Santos Customs"), they're simply changed the looks of the car to look like the HD Universe's Bravado Banshee. It was given away by Rockstar Games as a part of GameStop PowerUp Rewards Epic Rewards Giveaway contest, which runs from September 1, 2013 (about sixteen days before the release of Grand Theft Auto V) to September 30, 2013. After that contest ended, R* and GameStop picked up a 56-year-old woman from North Carolina named Cheri Parker as the winner of the contest. Unfortunately, in 2014, Cheri sold the car on Ebay to pay for her sons' college fees, of course she also found out that the unique Banshee parts were difficult to reproduce if they broke, so selling it is the considered option. In December 2018, the car was eventually sold to Jeff Allen, a car collector whose owns a collector car dealer in Dallas, Texas, named Flat 12 Gallery, and that car dealer is where this garage scene was shot for this episode. Jeff even made a walk-around video about this car, which you can watch that video right here.
