Bux_48 ◊ 2020-11-07 11:25	I think in Iran chances of a not-locally built Pride are extremely slim. I don't really know, but they made this car with many types of grilles, badges, and body styles, in a very long production run, so you can find many versions with little differences. Btw, in that article you linked, one of the photos of the Pride Wagon bears an Italian plate, and I may even know who took the pic
dhill_cb7 ◊ 2020-11-09 19:41	Indeed bux48. I dug deeper. What I discovered is in 1993 production began for Iran. The deal was set up with Saipa and Kia. However, the models were still badged Kia Pride Beta and only the sedan was assembled. Around 2001 Kia licensed Saipa to build their own badged model. These came with Saipa badges.
