KP plates were Kent 1928-29, but footage is (I think) Paisley 1939. |

If we make the giant assumption that the plate is genuinely belonging to the bus when new, then it is suggested that the only bus that would look this modern in 1928 is an all-Leyland Titan. The AEC Regent was a while later, no other U.K. company was as up to date in its design. |

Post-kipping note: of course, the bus operators did have the annoying habit of putting new bodies on old chassis. This does not look like a utility body, but could have been swapped from something less reliable, like a Morris Commercial Dictator. |
