WW1 era tank? Without the main gun it is the 'female' version?

A British Mark something...I am not familiar with WWI armor, but a similar tank was identified by Alexander:

Difficult to see the exact version on these images.
I am pretty sure it is a Metropolitan Carriage and Waggon Mark V (1918).

The first small picture shows a female version with a trench filler on top. We can see that it is a short Mark V version.
The second small picture shows more likely a male version. It might also be a longer Mark V* version.
Impossible to say what the main picture shows, as the side sponsons are not visible; so male, female or even a hermaphrodite with sliding doors instead of sponsons.

As the first small picture gives the most details I will use that one for naming the entry.
