All of the cars in this picture are JDM-spec , including this RHD, JDM Delica Star Wagon, this JDM Familia and this RHD, JDM Pulsar. Plus the buildings, the signs, very precise writing on the building and on the bus station. It's either the best fake Japan I've ever seen or it is just a 10 second stock footage from Japan.
