badge looks like a V6 one placed upside down... :/

 Not an oem V6 baube. The old EX badge was on the trunk lid. They didn't come with both. It was one or the other ;) this is a 4cylinder model with a V6 bumper.
No dual exhaust is key here.

 Here's a 2005 EX V6 model. Badge on the back of the pictured one appears to be an upside-down V6 badge, so I'm not sure if the bumper's original.

2005 US-spec EX 4-cylinder models had trunk-mounted "EX" badging. I'm pretty sure Canadian models didn't have this.

That said, I'm not sure whether or not this is a V6 or a 4-cylinder since I can neither make out the wheel design nor see if this has the dual rear exhaust, due to the way the bumper's dangling.

 My [CB7] has SE wheels but it is an LX. I removed the trim and full chassis code. I think we would see the right exhaust pipe from this angle.

 I believe the 4-cylinder models of this generation only had an exhaust on the right side, so I guess we'll never know what engine this has...
