 The new Audi power range-numbers-naming scheme that replaced the engine displacement badge, which has been introduced first in the end of 2017 with the A8 D5 and extended in the whole range until the beginning of 2019, has already been seen previously in some eastern markets only, such as China and India; that's why I put the Made for India tag here.
