Although the radiator is not seen clearly there is enough to identify an Austin 12/4 Taxi, rather than a Morris-Commercial G-Series.

Driver's door area plus front wings and bonnet shape, is as an Austin 12/4 Taxi.

Looks LHD and somewhere foreign - unusual export version?

The street looks more like a studio set than a real location, so perhaps the Austin was converted to LHD to serve as a "foreign" taxi for films.

Its clear now after seeing other Beardmore taxis this is a Mk.III Hyper 'Farthing Cab' by the extra window behind the passenger door and the radiator being more rounded at the top than the Austin taxi's design, plus the bonnet is noticeably shorter.
