 It's clearly an 1997-99 Toyota Mark II Qualis, Camry Gracia Wagon has different front bumper and taillights.

I think 1999~2002 will be more appropriate.

Because 1997~1999 ver. has two narrow white light strip.
In comparison to 1999~2002 ver. only has one thick white light strip, which fits more with the picture.

Oh, now I noticed that.
At least we can confirm this is a Mark II Qualis
