Finally find the model. Same as my guess this is a Isuzu LT111P which is Custom Coaches "Mk 85VR" bodied. Source from youtube with sound recordings from its 6BD1 engine... http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/T5A0Iouwf5o/hqdefault.jpg The second window is the same the screenshots.
