This is a 1960, see how the body is sculpted through the front door and the rounded tail fins, compared to 59. Also 59s didn't have port holes. Hard to tell between LeSabre and Invicta, did the Invicta ride on a longer wheelbase? -- Last edit: 2007-10-12 20:59:53 |

I think the Invicta had the same wheelbase as the LeSabre. Just the larger Electra engine. |

That's right, could we use fender trim or something? I know LeSabre had those wheel covers. That's right, the 1960 Invicta had full wheelwell mouldings while the LeSabre only had stone shields at the rear. On the picture that shows the rear, the LeSabre script is also visible. |

this scene broke my heart, the wreckage of a 1960 Buick four-door flat top that was only 12 years old.. 1960 Buick was one of the prettiest cars of the 1950-1960's transition period.. the '59 Oldsmobile wagon would be a very cool ride today as well, maybe in a different color though.. |
