 The main picture shows a car with a chrome (aluminium) strip from the hood/bonnet that goes all the way to the rer boot (and not just alongside the boot), and it also has chrome (aluminium) plate on the sills.

Hence the main is an early (no vents below the front bumper) BMW 1800 Neue Klasse. Introduced in September 1963 which would make it MY 1964+.

I cannot say anything specific about the thumb as nothing is clearly visible. At least a 1962+ BMW 1500.
