This shape of windshield was used by Chrysler (Mopar) during 1957-1964 for all their makes. The low placed rear view mirror excludes 1963/64.

Imperials had these windshields as recently as 1966.

That's right, Ddey65. But they also moved the mirror from low to high around 1962.

1957-66 Imperials had curved side windows. This one appears to have flat side glass so it could be any number of mopars from 1957 through 1962

The trim on the roof above the side windows was only used on Chrysler and DeSoto 2-door hardtops 1960 and 1961. the 60s had a depression in the center of the hood, so I daresay it's a 61, but whether it's a Chrysler or DeSoto I can't tell.
We can exclude Imperial, because 1957 to 66 Imperials had the rear view mirror suspended from the top.

Chryslers were far more common in the US then De Sotos, and the fact that this is in Europe just makes it far more likely that this is a Chrysler. And I also agree with your observation of the hood. This is most likely a 1961 Chrysler, but I am baffled by the model... this body color seems to be the most common on the Newport... Is there any significance behind the chrome steering-wheel? From my observations, chrome steering-wheels tend to be the most common on 300s, but I can't find any 300s with this color scheme... Any suggestions?

Wow, you guys have done an amazing job! :-) tom11, I'd suggest that that steering wheel isn't chrome, but instead odd lighting playing off of one of those clear, metal-flecked plastic steering wheels that Chrysler loved so much then:

The example here is from the 1961 Chrysler 300, but I've seen these steering wheels in other Chrysler models of that era (I chose this picture for the color). It's not hard to see the light plastic portion of the steering wheel looking like chrome under movie lights.
