 Doesn't have the chrome rocker panel trim nor the side flash trim of the Bel Air, so yeah. The scumbag-looking red tank top fella is blocking the third clue, the fender hash marks.

 Not at all. In my experience, most buyers went with these options anyway and in cases where distinction can't be readily determined, as here, we go for the lowest option.
