Yes - and that's where the drama starts. @Mystery Man, can you help me by checking if all these are 1995-2000 T1N? It's all become a bit of a mess with this coachbuilder: Originally known as Wadham Stringer for a long time, the company was bought by Customline in the mid-1990s and they formed the Universal Vehicle Group (UVG). In August 2002, UVG was merged with Modular Ambulances to form UV Modular. (That's the shortened version - the full story is more complicated!) Conclusion: From the start until August 2002, the HK-Sprinters are UVG-bodied, the facelift II T1N Sprinters are UV Modular. Of course, that goes for all the non-HK UVG/ UV Modular Sprinters as well... ![]() By the way: That's how they build these ambulances at UV Modular. -- Last edit: 2019-08-10 21:08:50 |

Yes, of course. As it seems they are all 95-00 models, but I'm not 100% sure for this one: /vehicle_1055371-Mercedes-Benz-Sprinter-Ambulance-T1N-1995.html |

Great, thank you! I will start checking these for UVG-a-bility. The next step will be wading through all these, but that's (yet another) a long time project and I'm not very good at the non-UK bodied Sprinter ambulances, because I never studied them sufficiently. So if you want to join me in that venture, you are very welcome! The full saga of the Sprinter ambulances is going to be an even longer one, and I'm not sure if I would like to open that box... I was actually planning to focus on older Transit and Bedford CF ambulances when I discovered the lack of consistency with the Sprinters this afternoon. -- Last edit: 2019-08-10 23:18:57 |

Ok, I'll look for the German and Austrian ambulances and maybe for some others, I even started with that. |

Cool! I will do this step by step, along with my ongoing projects. Not as Prio A, though, because this honestly is more of a "has to be done" than an "I want!!!" affair. ![]() |
