 Cosmetically or Mechanically?

Cosmetically, not much changed from the 2003 model year to the 2006 model year.
In 2005 the Silverado received a new base steel wheel design with eight port holes
and was offered in Gray or Chrome finish. The Silverado was given a new grille for
the 2006 model year (seen on the above truck) that featured a two-piece chrome center section.

Mechanically, not much change in this department either. The only major change was
a Vortex "Max" High Output V8 which was offered for the 2006 model year.
