Real non-CDN building with cars the producers could source locally, hence it looks fake so a CGI modified car (like our friend the Sentracer) would be plausible, though it is definitely a Carol. I found vague traces of a 1991 Carol for sale in CDN and it is somewhat weathered like this one, could be our car:
