No. As much as I know, Galloper is a daughter of Hyundai, which bought the tools and license to manufacture an a little older version of the Mitsubishi Pajero. They're present on some markets, but not in every country. I never saw some here in Germany, but tons of them in the Emirates.
As the car underwent no changes, compared to the Pajero, the only way to tell is to look if the Mitsubishi triple diamond is missing and a horse is there.

This Galloper is/was built by another branch of the Hyundai Group (the logo is different from the cars built by Hyundai Motors Co). In some countries, it was sold alongside the Accents & Lantras. I suspect it wasn't the case in Spain, and a non-official distributor started to sell them under a different name to avoid conflict with Hyundai. But that's just a guess.

In Italy they were marketed under Hyundai Brand as Hyundai Galloper

It's a Mitsubishi Montero [V40], actually. The Galloper was based on the older [L040] Pajero/Montero.

Why to change it after all these years? They all were Gallopers, as seen not only in the movie, but in the making of as well, in fact, the one in the main pic looks exactly like this unit here:

Can anyone please change this back to a Galloper? I see this change was made due to Exiv96 post which I'm afraid is not correct, and for some reason only this Super Exceed was changed (the other one for this movie still remains correctly as a Super Exceed)

This is how the Galloper/Montero/Pajero history actually went in Spain, in a great text by spanish site motorpasion:

wrote With the arrival of the second generation of Mitsubishi Montero, which became more equipped, more refined and therefore more expensive, the Spanish importer of Mitsubishi was left without an affordable off-road vehicle. Hyundai manufactured the first-generation Montero under license, as the Hyundai Galloper, so the solution was to import those models and sell them as Galloper Exceed (Exceed was the top finish of the Pajero in Japan). It was all a success.

In 1999, with the arrival of the new generation of the Montero, the importer repeated the move, selling this time the second generation of the Montero at a great price as the Galloper Super Exceed. However it did not have the same success as with the previous generation.

Please have this info in mind for future reference.
