You can change it if you want, but since Iceland is not a EU country, I thought why not? Plus, most of the Euro cars were sold in Iceland. Besides, what makes these cars made-for-IS? /vehicle_1264947-Peugeot-308-Station-T9-2016.html /vehicle_807050-Citroen-GS-1975.html /vehicle_807048-Datsun-140J-Violet-710-1976.html /vehicle_153866-Ford-Escort-1974.html -- Last edit: 2019-06-10 23:46:13 |

First one, the Peugeot has a special name for the IS market. Others tagged as made for IS seem unnecessary but there are members who add the Made For tag without any reason, even if the rules say to use it when:![]() |

Fair enough. Remove the tag on certain make/models. |

If Iceland mandated all cars to have a specific equipment, then it would be OK to add "Made for IS". But otherwise, they're just the same as other EU-spec cars. Or US-spec, sometimes, because the market is small and they're not picky. |

EU in the 'Made for' tag is short for Europe, not the European Union |
