This is the 2nd "Zwischenfilmwagen" (= intermediate film system broadcast vehicle), which appears to be the more precise term here, as this is not just a recording vehicle [@andrepa, I hope you don't mind my little refinement of your excellent research!]. All the cameras and gear were provided by the Fernseh AG (among others associated with famous names like Robert Bosch AG, Radioaktiengesellschaft D.S. Loewe, Zeiss Ikon AG), who are understood to be the maker of this conversion - even though I guess that a specialized coachbuilder (maybe Gaubschat??) was involved.

We see a wider shot of the scenery here: https://sdtb.de/technikmuseum/ausstellungen/2574/
And a technical sketch here: https://www.fktg.org/sites/default/files/zwischenfilm_12.jpg
And a bigger picture of the vehicle here: https://www.fktg.org/sites/default/files/zwischenfilm_10.jpg

... and some further reading (in German) about the intermediate film system

Inspired by this I did a bit of research: It appears like Luchterhand & Freytag of Berlin were the specialized coachbuilders involved.
