Can't trace any specific info for 64 TM, but it seems to match 1992-93 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur II Touring Limousine - "a Rolls-Royce Silver Spur II lengthened by 24 inches, roof raised by 2.2 inches. It was presented as the successor to the Phantom VI and also called "Mulliner Park Ward Silver Spur II Limousine". 22 were made in 1992 (all exported, 18 to Pacific Rim countries), 34 in 1993, total 56."
