Plate seems to be H653MCM, which doesnt show up on DVLA searches but is a 1990-1991 issue. |

H never came with MCM, but did with MGM (Reading) in June 1991; Reading was also a major registration centre for UK-wide fleets so lots of stuff registered there. However 653 comes up as an Astra, and other 65x were more Vauxhalls. So may well be Hxxx MGM. |
