Whatever this may be - Industrie Fontauto S.p.A. of Boves (CN), Italy (nowadays Nuova Fontauto s.r.l.), could be responsible for the armoring.

Edit: And then I was corrected by someone who said it's actually Boneschi - and subsequently deleted his comment.
