This was unveiled in 2010 by Michael Stoschek, with only one running example built in black; there was a second sighting in silver, which might have been a temporary repaint or simply a static display car. The MAT connection only arrived in 2018 with an attempt to relaunch under the new branding after buying the rights from Stoschek in a new attempt to make a short run of possibly 25 examples. I think the blue one is another repaint of the 2010 car - I think I remember magazine articles a year or so ago saying it was still the same unique example at the announcement. So, unless the programme says different and/or MAT have made some, I guess we should either call this 2010.... Stoschek or 2018 .... MAT??

The 2018 MAT wouldn't have the 430 Scuderia bits in, as this one was mention to have 430 Scuderia chassis in. So it's 2010 one.

Found it, was indeed made by Stoschek. And likely repaint/work it.

Said here only 2 of 25 made so far as the February 2019 (one Dark blue & Alitalia livery). Which will be delivery soon.

Stoschek should be the make then, this is obviously not a Lancia.

Commissioned by Michael Stoschek (a keen rally driver and chairman of Brose Group) and his son, Maximilian, the New Stratos was announced in 2010 based on the overall design and concept of the original Stratos and was designed and developed by Pininfarina.

The Pininfarina role is ironic as the original Stratos was a Bertone design; the MAT relaunch seems to be from a former Pininfarina designer who wanted to give his pet project from 2010 another chance.

Some 1:43 Stoschek models from (L-R) Premium X (PR0201 silver, PR0141 black) and Spark (S2799 black, slightly smaller).

The 2010 Stoschek car was in turn a reworking of the 2005 Fenomenon Stratos, an uglier thing with horrible windows and too many gimmicky bits. Michael Stoschek was part of that consortium in 2005, and when it came to nothing decided to cut loose and create his own version, which I think is much improved. One thing which is camouflaged by carefully composed photos is how much bigger the Stoschek/MAT retranslation is compared to the 1970s original.

Agree. It's just been renamed to Pininfarina, but I think that's wrong - the design was commissioned from them, but it was intended to be sold by Stoschek. Ferrari refused to supply Stoschek with the necessary F430 bits for a production run in 2010 and the story goes that Ferrari also leaned on Pininfarina to withdraw from producing any bodies for Stoschek, otherwise they'd lose contracts with Ferrari.
