TSX, both the older and the newer one. Whose genius idea was it to bring the Euro/Japanese Accord to America?  |

Why? What is the problem with that? They were not sold in the same dealerships as the US Accord and filled a hole in the Acura lineup when the Integra ended. It allows Honda to manufacture more of the same model which keeps costs down. |

There's no problem, I just find it strange that they would sell both Accords in the US. |

Euro Accord was a smaller car so they were hardly competitors, and it filled a gap in the Acura range against the likes of the Lexus IS and BMW 3 Series. It's a bit like how Toyota sold the Camry and the Lexus IS, or Nissan selling the Altima as well as smaller Infinitis so not that daft. -- Last edit: 2019-03-18 21:38:17 |
