Sice April 1961 the rear lights didn't have chrome bezels anymore (too blurry here). The sticker on the rear window dates from 1967, the year when the ELF oil-company was founded. But since 'Citroën préfère Total', this is no guarantee that the car is from 1967 as well...

There are no date-distinguishing details visible in this picture, so it could be anything 1960+ (production started in September 1959).
