dsl ◊ 2019-02-07 05:03	VYG 23 is a very rare 80" Series I Station Wagon Woodie by Mulliner "the Mulliner station wagons were an interim model made to order between when the Tickford was dropped and the introduction of the 86" station wagon in 1954. These were very different, having a traditional "woody" station wagon body rather than the metal exterior of the Tickford. Very few were made, and eleven is a likely figure. It seems that only one now exists and is in the USA." - from here. That claimed sole survivor now living in the USA seems to be VYG 23, according to this with picture and ID as a 1952 80". VYG 23 is blank on plate check sites, but was an August-Dec 58 West Yorks issue so not apparently its original plate. -- Last edit: 2019-02-07 12:21:17
