Any additional pictures? Has 1999+ rear fascia and door handles. Has (what appears) to be fake wheelcovers. I cannot tell if that is the 2003+ or 1999-2002. Anyone else able to help? Shame the steering wheel isn't visible or the headrests. |

2000-2002 Police Interceptor [P71]. Doesn't have the 1999 bumper trim, has the pre-2003 wheelbase, and the aftermarket 1998-2002 wheelcovers. |
