Tires look really fat and bulky? Would this be a 1999-2002 model without the trim or a 2003-2009? Really hard to tell with the image being blurry. |

2006+ center caps. Has bullbar and normal wheelbase so it's most likely a 2006+ Police Interceptor [P71] used by the NYPD as a undercover car (dressed up as a NYC cab) |
