Hood ornament is missing, so could easily be a 51 as well. |

No. 1952 is correct. Note where the crest was attached to the upper grille bar. The '51's did not have this ornamentation. Also, no mounting holes for the hood lettering that would have been present on 1951's. With the grille "teeth" present, it could be any series except for the base 200. |

Doesn't have the 1951 block letters on the hood. The contour of where the 1952 badge on the grille used to be is visible. |

I see, thanks. Knew about the hood letters, but thought they might be missing. I also encountered some claimed 51s with said crest while searching. |

^Second thumbnail is a 1951-1952 Plymouth. |

Yep. And the first thumbnail could have helped but all the rear trim is gone from the car. |

Actually, we do have enough of this car left to pin it down, thanks to the added rear shots. The rear fender opening contours where the tail lamps were show this is a junior series car, taking 300 and 400 Patrician models out. The fact that it is a sedan rather than a hardtop eliminates the 250 series. That leaves 200 and 200 Deluxe. The car has the grille "teeth" taking 200 out, leaving 200 Deluxe as our subject car's identity. |
