 I think it's some personal paint job. The car is a 1975+ 2CV Club (big rear bumper, square headlights).

 They were not called CLUB until the late 70s. All 2cv6 models from October 1974 had the square lights like that. Also this was a custom paint job as no 2cv's were sold like this
