Early M2s from 1968 still had older type of indicators placed higher, closer to windows. They were moved down a little later - around later part of 1969 or 1970. 1st they were rounded, later factory introduced more sqaured ones or army did such modification on its own. In fact after army modifcations even older 66 and 660 M1s could get 660 M2's look, including the cab's metal top, which orignally was typicall for 660 M2s only.
