This is from a Nissan Junior [ 40 / 41 ] family, but with raised fenders and an insert in the grille underneath the headlamps to accommodate a taller engine, the chassis code becomes [FR40]. What's interesting is that only fire trucks received this make-over, so maybe this was converted to an ambulance at some point?? -- Last edit: 2020-01-29 02:45:55

Interesting conversion.
