There is late Polonez on the right (of tourist perhaps). Seems in the same place are visible also GAZ 3102 and Skoda Favorit (and few more cars):

 Looks like a Belarussian location as well, cause Moscow-plates are faked in all episodes.
And there we can spot some other details:
1) BY-sticker on W123:
