 HLK 577 was London Feb 46 to March 48 "allocated in blocks". Ford Pilot?? Or - if rear window fits - Longbridge's finest??

For me too, that's clearly a 1946+ Austin Eight, recognizable with its straight windshield and these heavy fenders without tin borders around.
