The general shape, and especially that of the front fender makes it a Citroën of the (A)C4/6 series (1929+); the length of the bonnet tells it a 6-cylinder; from 1930 onwards the louvres on the bonnet of the C6 continued upto the front. I wonder if it was made as a truck or if it would be a cenversion of a sedan. The wheels look like those of a truck (but they could easily have been changed), but the running board is cut off a bit too far to the back.
