Neptune ◊ 2007-07-26 06:23	I don’t know about elsewhere but here in the US the BMW 3-Series received body color keyed lower rocker panels and lower front and rear bumper valances. This BMW has the older style Black panels and lower front and rear bumper valances. This is a 1996 model for the US.
