 I don't think it's possible to tell the exact version (could also be a 1600 e.g.), but this type is known in Holland as F-Series 'Kantelcabine' (= tilt cabine or turn over cabin, what's the English word for a truck cabin that can be moved forward to reach the engine under it?). This model was introduced for 1970. Several buses and Dutch fire engines found their way to Cuba.

This one looks for FA type exactly (chassis with 2 axles - naming valid also for older models).
